The owner wished to create a dramatic space with high ceilings and natural light. The narrow, hillside lot dictated that the addition be worked into the existing footprint of the house and garage. The new space includes, jetted tub, bidet and walk in closet in addition to the normal bath amenities. (Original home circa 1980)
