FAY LINER
CKD, CBD
Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer
Fay is an NKBA Certified Kitchen
Designer and a Certified Bath
Designer. She has developed her
expertise throughout nineteen years
in the design/build industry. Before
joining Showplace in 1993, Fay was
co-owner of a residential building firm.
NKBA has recognized Fay’s design
abilities with Honorable Mention
awards and many of her projects have
been featured in national publications.

BEVERLY STAAL
CKD, CBD
Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer
Beverly graduated from Western
Washington University with a BA
in Interior Design & Merchandising.
Certified by NKBA, Beverly is both
a Certified Kitchen Designer and a
Certified Bath Designer. Her work has
been recognized by the NKBA with
an Honorable Mention design award
in the Master Bath Suite category and
Second Place Large Bath Design award.
Many of her projects have been featured
in national publications. Beverly has been an
active volunteer on construction teams
building homes and churches in Third
World countries.

SHEILA TILANDER
CKD, CBD, Allied ASID
Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer
Sheila is an award winning graduate from
Bellevue Community College where she
earned an Associate of Arts degree in Interior
Design. She also holds a BA in English
Literature from the University of Washington.
Her previous work experience includes kitchen
and bath design, as well as residential interior
design with design firms and her own
business. Sheila is an NKBA Certified
Kitchen Designer and a Certified Bath
Designer and is an Allied Member of
ASID. She has been recognized in the
National NKBA Design Contests including
2nd place in the Large Kitchen category and
2nd place in the Powder Room category in 2005
and 3rd place in the Small Bath Remodel category
in 2006. Her projects have been featured in
numerous national publications and she has written
articles for NKBA magazines.

EMILY NAGEL
AKBD, Allied ASID
Kitchen and Bath Designer
Emily graduated with honors from the Bellevue Community College 3-year Interior Design program and received an Associate of Arts degree in Interior Design. Emily also earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington where she was active in the drama and dance departments. NKBA has awarded the AKBD designation to Emily and she is an Allied Member of ASID. Her prior experience includes evaluating residential and commercial building repairs following fire/water damage. Emily was chosen to participate as a judge in the Olympia Master Builders 2007 Tour of Homes.

STEPHANIE KLEIN
Kitchen and Bath Designer
Stephanie graduated from the Washington
State University interior design program with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design. Her former work experience includes four years with Steve Burnstead Construction Co. She oversaw multiple projects and supervised all elements of the design department. Stephanie experienced all aspects of construction and design with this prominent custom builder.

SUZANNE DuBOIS
Kitchen and Bath Designer
Suzanne completed the Diploma Program in Residential Design at the Art Institute of Seattle and was on the Dean’s list. She also received her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and English from Ripon College. Suzanne’s former work experience includes two and a half years with Chaffey Homes . She designed interior finishes and collaborated with clients and field personnel while with this well-known Puget Sound residential high-end builder. Previously, Suzanne worked as the office manager for an HVAC installation and service company.
