BEVERLY STAAL
CKD, CBD
Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer
Beverly graduated from Western Washington University
with a BA in Interior Design & Merchandising. Certified
by NKBA, Beverly is both a Certified Kitchen Designer
and a Certified Bath Designer. Her previous work experience
includes residential space planning, interior design, kitchen
design and remodeling. Her work has been
recognized in the National NKBA Design contests with
the Best Before & After Award, a 2nd Place Medium kitchens
award, an Honorable Mention design award in the
Master Bath Suite category and a 2nd Place Large
Bath Design award. Many of her projects have been
featured in numerous national publications. Beverly has been
an active volunteer on construction teams building homes
and churches in Third World countries.

SHEILA TILANDER
CKD, CBD, Allied ASID
Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer
Sheila is an award winning graduate from Bellevue
Community College where she earned an Associate
of Arts degree in Interior Design. She also holds a BA
in English Literature from the University of Washington.
Her previous work experience includes kitchen and bath
design as well as residential interior design with design
firms and her own business. Sheila is an NKBA Certified
Kitchen Designer and a Certified Bath Designer and is
an Allied Member of ASID. She has been recognized
in the National NKBA Design Contests including awards
for the 2nd place Large Kitchen category, the 2nd place Powder
Room category, the 3rd place Small Bath Remodel category
and the 2nd Place Other Rooms category. The local NKBA Chapter
also awarded Sheila a 3rd Place Small-Medium Kitchens
design award. Her projects have been featured in numerous
national publications and she has written articles for NKBA
magazines.

EMILY NAGEL
AKBD
Kitchen and Bath Designer
Emily graduated with honors from the Bellevue Community College 3-year Interior Design program and received an Associate of Arts degree in Interior Design. She also earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington where she was active in the drama and dance departments. NKBA has awarded the AKBD designation to Emily.
Emily was chosen to participate as a judge in the Olympia Master Builders 2007 Tour of Homes. Emily volunteers as a facilitator for the Junior Achievement program, helping students gain a foundation in understanding budgets and finance.
